Valentino Rossi Declared Fit To Make Aragon MotoGP Return
Nine-time MotoGP world champion Valentino Rossi has been declared fit to make his return in the Aragon GP.
Yamaha rider Valentino Rossi has been declared fit to compete in the Aragon MotoGP race this weekend. The nine-time world champion was injured in a motocross training accident in late August.
Rossi missed the San Marino GP which was held two weekends ago and was doubtful to compete in the Aragon GP.
Rossi tested a road-going motorcycle at the Misano circuit before undergoing a medical examination. Aragon's Chief Medical Officer, Clemente Millan declared that Rossi is fit to ride, 21 days after suffering a leg injury.
The Italian rider will take part in the first free practice session of the Aragon GP. But it is still unclear that whether he will take part in the entire race. Rossi said that he would get a clear picture of his fitness after riding the M1 (MotoGP bike).
