For the third year running, Renault has proudly announced its premium partnership with the Roland Garros French Open tennis tournament, set to take place from 20 May to 9 June. This special series will be showcased on a 150m² stand, alongside three other vibrant models of the Renault 5 E-Tech electric.The Roland-Garros special series of the Renault 5 E-Tech electric is set to captivate attendees with its elegant and sporty design. Available in four striking body colours - pearl white, midnight blue, starry black, and an exclusive matt slate grey - these vehicles are designed to turn heads. The design is complemented by chrome satin-finish roof trim and Ecrou 18-inch diamond-cut wheels in glossy black, with a hub cap in matt slate grey adding a touch of sophistication.The vehicle's exterior boasts a Roland Garros logo on the lower part of the front doors, set within a design inspired by the Cross of Saint Andrew and the architecture of the stadium. The roof features a textile-finish grained film in satin black, further enhancing its sporty look.Inside, the car offers special light grey upholstery inspired by technical sportswear, featuring a dense, fine weave with open-weave elements including the H-shape of the backrest. Blue TEP-upholstered lateral supports and heat-embossed Roland-Garros logos on the front seat backrests elevate the interior's elegance. The dashboard trim strip features a satin metal finish with backlighting that spells out ‘Roland Garros Paris’, and even the e-pop gear selector draws inspiration from tennis racket grips.Renault is providing a fleet of 180 vehicles for the tournament, 88% of which are electrified. This includes 70 Scenic E-Tech electrics, 30 Rafale E-Tech full hybrids, 40 Espace E-Tech full hybrids, and 20 Austral E-Tech full hybrids.
