Volkswagen Polo 1.6 GT TDI On Discount Already

To boost sales of its premium hatchback in India Volkswagen offers the Polo in several variants, including the powerful GT TSI, GT TDI and Cross Polo variants. However, these have failed to translate into healthy sales. As a result, it turns out VW has been forced to offer the two month old Polo GT TDI on discount.

The Polo 1.6 GT TDI, launched at INR 8.08 lakhs (Ex-showroom, Delhi) in September, is now being offered with a flat cash discount of Rs 25,000. There's a further Rs 10,000 discount as exchange offer.

That's not all, it is being reported that VW is also providing three years of free insurance, three years extended warranty, three years free maintenance and three years of free 24x7 roadside assistance.

Certain dealers are also reportedly providing cash discounts of Rs 15,000 on the Cross Polo variant to make them more attractive.

To be noted is that all the offers apply only when car is purchased through loan.
