Suzuki Gixxer Cup Commences In India On 6th June

Suzuki has launched its fully faired version of Gixxer in India, they christened this model as Gixxer SF. Both products have witnessed an overwhelming response from Indian buyers.

Now they will be joining the racing championship in India. Suzuki will be introducing their race prepped Gixxer SF for their one make race, which will be known as Gixxer Cup.

The Gixxer Cup series will begin on 6th of June in Coimbatore, which will be followed by three rounds in Chennai and the last will most likely be in Buddh International Circuit.

Only 20 Suzuki Gixxer SF will be prepared for racing and will be offered to beginners as well as experienced riders. There will also be a dedicated pit crew and race experts to provide guidance to racers.

Suzuki will be providing their race prepped Gixxer SF with clip-on handlebars. It will also provide rearset foot pegs, lightweight aluminium free flow exhaust system and single seat cowl.

Atul Gupta, Executive Vice President, Suzuki Motorcycle, expressed, "Suzuki is a legendary name in the racing world, and Suzuki motorcycles are among the fastest and most finely crafted racing machines in the world."

He further added, "Apart from showcasing the real potential of the Gixxer SF to Indian motorsport enthusiasts, this championship will double up as an opportunity for local racers to hone their skills by providing them an affordable platform to gain valuable racing experience and exposure to the dynamic sport of motorcycle racing".
