Maruti Suzuki's First Hot Hatch Is Almost Here — Boy Racers Book Yours Now
The Maruti Suzuki Baleno RS is now featured on the Nexa website, and customers can book their vehicles online too.
The Maruti Suzuki Baleno RS has been spied several times testing, and now, the carmaker has featured the vehicle officially on its Nexa website. The Maruti Suzuki Baleno RS India launch will take place on March 3, 2017.
Maruti Suzuki has started accepting bookings for the Baleno RS for an amount of Rs 11,000, and customers can book the vehicle online too.
The Maruti Suzuki Baleno RS is styled similar to the regular Baleno sold in India, but gets a powerful new engine, and a few exterior tweaks to make the RS stand out.
The Maruti Suzuki Baleno RS comes powered by a new, 1.0-litre, three-cylinder turbocharged engine (Maruti calls it booster jet engine) that will produce 100bhp and 150Nm of peak torque. The engine will come mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
The exterior of the Baleno RS will feature chrome accent front grille, rear door spoiler, projector headlamps with LED, black alloy wheels, blackened pillars, and ultraviolet cut glass at the front and rear.
The interior will sport steering mounted controls, navigation system, voice command, central locking, remote keyless entry, follow me headlamps, start/ stop button with smart key, reverse parking sensors, and reverse parking camera.
