Audi Commences 2016 Season Of The Audi Mobile Terminal Tour In India
The German luxury car manufacturer has announced the Audi Mobile Terminal Tour 2016 season which will kick start in 20 cities across India.
The tour is a fully functional mobile showroom which is designed to provide Audi experience to customers and will tour metros and smaller cities. The Audi Mobile Terminal Tour was introduced last year which is a customer-focused initiative.
The tour will be showcased first in Siliguri from 24th to 26th of June, 2016 then followed by Patna and Jamshedpur.
The Audi Mobile Terminal will be a fully functional showroom which will be equipped with car displays, Audi accessories, and an Audi Lounge. The tour was introduced in 2015 and due its popularity it has been introduced this year.
Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Joe King, Head, Audi India said, "Creating better accessibility to the brand by increasing geographical penetration is one of the core pillars of our strategy and the Audi Mobile Terminal is a unique way of bringing the showroom at the customer's doorstep. We have already established ourselves as the luxury choice for young achievers, with our progressive design, advanced engineering and innovative customer engagement approach. Taking this a step higher, we had introduced Audi Mobile Terminal last year and received a fantastic response. This year we will bring the showroom right to the customer's doorstep across 20 cities starting from Siliguri. North-East India is a focus area for us and we are looking forward to welcome new members to the Audi family from the region."
Apart from the showcase, accessories, and lounge, the tour will include test drives and will enable customers to connect with Audi dealers for enquiries, and new bookings and after sales support.
The Audi Mobile Terminal will visit 20 cities over six months and look to target 5000 customers across India. In 2015, over 1200 customers visited the Audi Mobile Terminal.
