oi-Dennis
By Dennis
Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) has launched its InControl Apps smartphone integration platform in India.
The new platform helps owners integrate their smartphones to the car's infotainment system and has been developed with the help of Bosch. JLR claims that they've worked with third party app developers in India to help integrate their apps for the InControl platform.
The InControl platform is compatible with both Android and iOS. The initial set of apps that are compatible with the new platform include NDTV, Hungama, MapmyIndia, and Zomato.
The new platform will be available on all Land Rover vehicles except for the recently facelifted Evoque. Land Rover will add the app platform to all Evoque models delivered post April 2016.
