Top 5 Highlights Of The Lamborghini Temerario
The Lamborghini Temerario, a successor to the Huracan, has been introduced in India. This launch follows its global debut at Monterey Car Week last August. With a price tag of Rs 6 crore before options, the Temerario is equipped with a powerful 920hp plug-in hybrid V8 engine. This marks a significant shift from its predecessor's naturally aspirated V10 engine.
Lamborghini Temerario: Powertrain
The Temerario's powertrain combines a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine with three electric motors. The turbo-petrol engine alone delivers 800hp and 730Nm of torque, with turbochargers positioned between the cylinder banks. Lamborghini claims this is the most potent and highest-revving V8 ever in a production car, reaching up to 10,000rpm.

Lamborghini Temerario: Performance
The three electric motors contribute to the car's impressive performance. A 150hp motor is integrated into the 8-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox, while two axle-mounted motors produce 82hp each. These are powered by a 3.8kWh battery, resulting in a total output of 920hp and 800Nm of torque. The Temerario can accelerate from 0-100kph in just 2.7 seconds and boasts a top speed exceeding 340kph.
Charging options for the battery include an AC port (up to 7kW), regenerative braking, or directly from the V8 engine. The vehicle features all-wheel drive and introduces drift mode for the first time in a Lamborghini model. It also offers various drive modes such as Citta (FWD, fully electric), Strada, Sport, and Corsa.

Lamborghini Temerario: Design & Aerodynamics
The exterior design of the Temerario draws inspiration from previous models like the Huracan and Gallardo while incorporating elements reminiscent of the Revuelto. It features staggered wheels—20-inch at the front and 21-inch at the rear—with forged or carbon-fibre options available. Aero-based design enhancements make it significantly more aero-efficient than its predecessor.
Built on an all-aluminium spaceframe, the Temerario improves torsional rigidity by 20 percent while maintaining weight efficiency. The dry weight stands at 1,715kg; however, opting for the Alleggerita package reduces this by another 25kg through carbon fibre components.

Lamborghini Temerario: Interior & Features
Inside, the Temerario mirrors the Revuelto with its fighter jet-themed cabin adorned with hexagonal motifs. It includes a digital instrument cluster measuring 12.3 inches, an 8.4-inch central touchscreen display, and a slim passenger display of 9.1 inches. Comfort is prioritised; even drivers up to six feet five inches tall can fit comfortably wearing helmets.
Additional interior features include heated and ventilated seats adjustable in eighteen ways for comfort, onboard telemetry systems along with dashcam functionality plus augmented reality navigation capabilities—all enhancing user experience during drives.

Lamborghini Temerario: Competition
In India’s market landscape today—the Lamborghini Temerario competes against notable rivals such as Ferrari’s priced at Rs5 .4 crore or McLaren Artura costing Rs5 .1 crore respectively—all prices being ex-showroom rates within India itself.
Lamborghini has ensured that despite its high price point compared to competitors like Ferrari’s GTB model or McLaren Artura—their new offering provides unmatched performance coupled alongside luxurious interiors making it appealing choice among enthusiasts seeking premium supercars today!
