Ford is also likely to replace the 1.0-litre EcoBoost engine with the Mahindra's 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine, that is featured on the company's TUV300 compact-SUV model. This would be a direct result of the joint venture (JV) between Mahindra and Ford which was announced earlier this month. The JV between both the brands will also add several models to the Indian line-up from Mahindra and Ford as well.
