Tata Motors recently launched their 'Nexon Kraz' limited edition model in the country a few months ago. The Tata Nexon Kraz (pronounced 'craze'), comes priced at Rs 7.14 lakh, ex-showroom (Delhi).
At the time of launch, the Nexon Kraz was available in a single colour option of 'Tromso Black'. Now, Rushlane has shared spy pics of the Kraz edition in a new colour - Calgary White. The spy pics seen here, look to be from the company's factory floor, indicating the introduction of the new colour soon.
The Nexon Kraz edition is based on the mid-spec XM and XT variants. The limited edition model, itself is available in two trims: Kraz and Kraz+. Both variants feature a number of cosmetic updates over the standard Nexon model. One of the main updates is the new colour (Tromso Black) which comes with a Sonic Silver roof, along with a number of neo-green highlights all-around the SUV.
The Neo-Green highlights can be seen on the ORVMs, front grille, all four wheels, and on the ‘Kraz' badging at the rear. The neo-green highlights further extend to the interiors.
Inside, the Kraz comes with an all-black cabin, with a piano-black dashboard, doors and accents on the steering wheel. Apart from the piano-black interiors, the Nexon Kraz also comes with neo-green AC vent surrounds, neo-green stitching on the seats and Kraz badging on the central console.
The new Calgary White paint scheme on the Kraz will also feature a dual-tone Sonic Silver roof and all the neo-green highlights seen on the Black variant.
The Tata Nexon Kraz will, however, remain unchanged mechanically. Both the Nexon Kraz edition models will be available in both petrol and diesel powertrains. This will include the standard 1.2-litre Revotron petrol and the 1.5-litre Revotorq diesel unit.
The petrol engine produces 108bhp and 170Nm of torque while the diesel unit churns out 108bhp and 260Nm of torque. Both engines will further come mated to a standard six-speed manual gearbox.
