Auto Expo 2018: Maruti Future Concept S Unveiled. The Maruti Future S concept revealed at Auto Expo 2018 previews Maruti's SUV which will sit under the Brezza compact SUV and is expected to arrive in India within the next two years.
Maruti Future Concept Design & Features
The Maruti Concept Future S unveiled at Auto Expo 2018 and has been designed in-house by Maruti Suzuki. The new Future S Concept from Maruti features a striking design both inside and out that the company states integrate SUV features in compact dimensions without disturbing the proportions.
The Maruti Future S Concept gets a unique aggressive stance and posture and a three-door design. Up front, the Maruti Future Concept S features sleek LED headlights that are connected by a sleek grille underneath which sits the Suzuki badge. The borders of the raked windshield are done up in white.
The front bumper features a large silver bash plate above which sits a small air dam. The circular fog lamps are situated in a rectangular enclosure that features a white border similar to the one seen on the windshield surround.
At the sides, the longish bonnet and the small glasshouse section give the Maruti Future S Concept a rather unique look. The large wheel arches play host to rather large wheels which like the rest of the concept feature unique orange accents. The taillights like the headlamps are LED and sleek in profile.
The insides of the Maruti Concept Future S reverse the colour scheme outside, with ivory dominating the colour code and orange being used as an accent for the instrument cluster, steering wheel, door trim, seats, and certain sections of the dashboard.
The piano black centre console provides contrast to the brighter shades of the interior and plays host to the circular infotainment display. Maruti also claims that the ergonomic design of the seats will provide comfort for the passengers inside.
