Revealed at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show, the new 911 GT3 offers a combination of performance and luxury. The new iteration of the sports car also brings back the manual transmission.

The 911 GT3 draws power from a 4-litre six-cylinder, boxer engine churning out 493bhp and 540Nm of torque. The engine is coupled to a 7-speed PDK automatic or a 6-speed manual gearbox.

The automatic variant of the Porsche 911 GT3 can sprint from 0-100km/h in just 3.4 seconds before topping out at 318km/h. The manual variant takes another 0.5 seconds to hit the 100km/h mark but has a higher top-speed of 320km/h.

The new 911 GT3 comes with a host of changes as opposed to the current-gen model. The chassis has been revamped with rear axle steering and the lightweight construction results in improved handling.

On the exterior, the new model features standard aero package, larger wheels and smoked headlamps with four-point LED daytime running lights. The prominent highlight of the car is the massive rear wing which helps the car to stick to the ground at high speeds.

The interior of the sports car is equipped with a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, automatic climate control and Bose sound system. Optional customisation features include Alcantara and leather and carbon fibre and aluminium inserts.

Apart from that, you can also choose from three types of seats - electrically adjustable adaptive sport seats, bucket seats with foldable backrest and bucket seats made out of carbon fibre reinforced plastic (CRPF). The new seats are also lower by 25mm as compared to the previous model.
