Takata Airbag Recall: McLarens And Ferraris Affected
As per the US Transport Department, some flagship mid-engined cars made by Ferrari and McLaren are part of the Takata airbag inflator recall.
Apart from the Volkswagen Diesel Gate Scandal, the recall announced for replacing faulty Takata airbag inflators is also a worrying news for the auto industry.

Cars made by Honda are under the scanner because people have lost lives due to metal shrapnel spraying at them when the airbags deployed.

As per latest news, supercars and hypercars are affected by the faulty airbag inflators made by the Japanese company.

Cars made by well-known brands such as McLaren, Ferrari, Audi, Lexus, and even the Tesla Model S are affected by the recall.
