Mercedes C-Class Cabriolet Launched In India For Rs. 60 Lakh
Mercedes has launched the drop-top C-Class convertible in India.
German carmaker Mercedes-Benz has launched the C-Class Cabriolet In India. The new C-Class Cabriolet is priced at Rs. 60 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi).
The all-new C-Class Cabriolet is available in the C300 guise in India.
Powering the C300 Cabriolet is a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine producing 241.6bhp and 370Nm of torque which is sent to the rear wheels through a 9-speed automatic gearbox.
The C-300 Cabriolet will sprint from 0-100km/h in 6.4 seconds and will keep on accelerating till it hits its top speed of 250km/h.
The C300 Cabriolet is available with five driving modes - ECO, Comfort, Sport, Sport Plus and Individual which helps users to pick out a driving mode that they are comfortable with.
Design wise, the only change is the addition of the fabric roof which like the roof of the newly launched S-Class Cabriolet is available in four different colours - black, brown, red, and blue.
Inside, the new C-Class cabriolet features leather upholstered seats and steering wheel along with leather on the dash which host the touchscreen infotainment system. The infotainment system is connected to a 13 speaker setup from Burmeister.
To ensure that the occupants inside are comfortable the seats include Merc's AIRCAP tech which deflects wind away from the passengers with help of a wind louvre popping up the windscreen.
Safety tech like multiple airbags, parking assist, Merc's Pre-Safe and agility control system are all present as standard on the new C-Class Cabriolet.
The all-new C-Class Cabriolet is available in four different colours in India - Polar White, Obsidian Black, Designo Hyacinth Red, and Brilliant Blue.
