Maruti Owners: Exclusive Nexa Service Points Coming Your Way
Maruti wanted exclusivity in India and launched exclusive Nexa dealerships to distinguish its premium car models from mass sellers. Customers who bought cars from the Nexa dealerships however, had to get their cars serviced at regular Maruti service centers.
Now, Maruti Suzuki wants to launch exclusive Nexa service centers shortly, to cater to customers who have cars sold through the Nexa outlets. The Nexa outlets currently sell two Maruti Suzuki models, the S-Cross and the Baleno hatchback.
The whole point of the Nexa outlet was to offer premium service to customers, and the point of launching Nexa service centers is also aimed at the same. But Maruti Suzuki has had a lot of complaints about the Nexa outlets, which in some cases, customers want their money back and have also threatened sue the carmaker.
So will the Nexa service centers help Maruti or will it be the same case of customers being taken for a ride similar to the Nexa showrooms? Do share your thoughts with us in the comments section below.
