Maruti #NexaExperience Gets Sour For Customers
Maruti Suzuki wanted to change its image from being affordable to being premium, by introducing the Nexa outlets. The carmaker wanted to give customers an upmarket experience, but that idea seems to be going South, I mean bad.
Here are some tweets from some very unhappy customers, who are clearly not enjoying the Nexa Experience. Every customer has had a reply saying "Dear 'customer' please DM us your email id and phone number so that we can look into the issue and contact you at the earliest."
The reply clearly seems to be an auto generated message, but here are a few tweets from a few very unhappy customers, who even demand to take Maruti Suzuki to the court!
