Honda BR-V Compact SUV Showcased On Indian Website
Honda recently showcased the highly anticipated BR-V compact SUV model. The Japanese manufacturer has commenced sales of the BR-V in certain countries and is sure to launch in India soon. Now Honda India has introduced a dedicated microsite for its upcoming BR-V model.
On the microsite, Honda has revealed that India will get the BR-V in six colour options:
- Orchid White Pearl
- Carnelian Red Pearl
- Golden Brown Metallic
- Alabaster Silver Metallic
- Taffeta White
- Urban Titanium Metallic
Under the hood of Honda BR-V, there is a 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engine options. An optional 5-speed manual and 6-speed automatic gearbox will be on offer. Honda's first compact SUV is expected to be high on fuel efficiency just like its other offerings.
The BR-V by Honda will compete with the likes of Renault Duster, Nissan Terrano, and Hyundai Creta models. Honda's all-new compact SUV could be priced within the sub Rs. 9.5 lakh price tag. We expect the BR-V by Honda to be launched in India sometime during the second half of 2016.
