Lamborghini Huracan Spyder India Launch Sooner Than Expected
The Huracan Spyder LP 610-4 will be launching in India sooner than expected. So far, an official date has not been set, however, Lamborghini Delhi has teased images of the Huracan Spyder through their Facebook page.
Lamborghini provides the Spyder tag to every convertible model they produce. The Spyder is introduced in every model sold currently. Huracan is their entry-level supercar and Lamborghini offers the Huracan Spyder in international markets and will be offered to Indian customers as well.
To maintain the weight of Lamborghini Huracan, the Spyder derivative makes use of a lightweight soft roof material. The roof can be retracted at speeds lower than 50 km/h. It only takes 18 seconds for the entire roof to disappear and enjoy the bright sun.
Powering the Lamborghini Huracan Spyder is a 5.2-litre, V10, naturally aspirated engine. The engine produces 610bhp along with 560Nm of peak torque and is mated to a 7-speed dual clutch transmission.
Lamborghini's Huracan Spyder will have three drive modes Strada, Sport, and Corsa. The Huracan Spyder boasts of a 324 km/h top speed without a roof. The supercar can sprint from 0 to 200 km/h in a matter of 10.2 seconds.
Recently, Lamborghini launched the Huracan RWD model in the Indian market for Rs. 2.99 crore ex-showroom (Delhi). Stay tuned for more updates from Lamborghini India, as to when the Huracan Spyder will be introduced in the country.
