Lamborghini Huracan Plans On Introducing 5 New Derivatives

The Huracan from Lamborghini had huge shoes to fill as it replaces the Gallardo supercar. Recently, the Italian supercar maker launched the Huracan Spyder, which is a convertible version of the supercar.

Most recently, Lamborghini introduced the Rear Wheel Drive (RWD) Huracan. It is the very first time Lamborghini deviated from their usual All Wheel Drive (AWD) system. Currently, they sell four variants of the Huracan in several international markets.

Now Lamborghini plans to spawn five variants of their successful Huracan model. On sale are the Huracan LP610-4, Huracan LP610-4 Spyder, Huracan LP620-2 Super Trofeo, and Huracan LP580-2 models. The Super Trofeo is their race only version and is not sold for public use on streets.

Lamborghini officials confirm that the Huracan will target five key areas. The Italian supercar maker aims at targeting lifestyle, performance, fun to drive, race, and high-performance attributes. New variants of Huracan are expected to come within the product's life cycle.

There is a possibility that Lamborghini could introduce a Superleggera and Super Veloce model based on Huracan. Lamborghini officials have several designs and strategies in place for the Huracan. So far, there is no date or timeline for the launch of future models by Lamborghini.
