Maruti Suzuki Celerio Passes 35000 Sales Mark
Maruti Suzuki Celerio has been a hit with customers ever since rumors began about it. The Celerio has launched and if you have booked one we presume you have waited and will wait for it a little longer.
No there isn't any issue with the car; however, the problem is the car is being overbooked. We had earlier reported, over 10,000 bookings in as little as two months.
Now Maruti suzuki is telling us they have passed the 35,000 marks, which means the waiting for cars would be further increased. It is good for the manufacturer, will it affect the customers choice. We will have to wait and see that.

The fast selling Celerio's success lies in Maruti's pricing of their automatic option. The other models are doing well; however it is their automatic transmission that has impressed the Maruti Suzuki loyalist.
The AMT version Celerio returns an astronomical fuel economy of 23.1 kmpl. The in-cabin space has been specially designed to maximise comfort along with space. The cabin is simple and yet stylish and is the best in its segment.
Maruti Suzuki reports their Celerio is chosen more by lady driver than men. They also stated that most buyers opt for the AMT version over the manual, which has suddenly witnessed the preference change among customers.
