FUSO By Daimler India Heading To Bangladesh
Daimler India will export its commercial vehicles to the country of Bangladesh. This will be its sixth export market for Indian manufactured commercial vehicles. The German manufacturer will be launching for Bangladesh its FUSO truck, which they manufacture in India.
The FUSO is manufactured at Daimler's facility at Oragadam, Chennai. The German manufacturer has spent over INR 4,400 crore on its facility, which is spread out over 400 acre of property. The entire range of FUSO commercial trucks will be built and manufactured to Bangladesh in India.
"Bangladesh is one of the key markets in Asia for FUSO Trucks as the products are designed and developed to meet the growing demand for reliable and robust trucks," a company official told source.

The German manufacture Daimler India is a part Daimler AG and Daimler Group company Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation. Daimler is based in Stuttgart, Germany and Bangladesh will be their sixth export market. They began export of commercial vehicles in May, 2013.
Currently the FUSO range of commercial vehicles by Daimler India is being exported to several countries. The german manufacturer exports to countries such as, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Tanzania and Sri Lanka. They will be following the Bangladesh launch with more launches in Africa as well as Asia.
Daimler India has appointed an exclusive dealer in Bangladesh for its FUSO range of commercial vehicles. Rangs Motors Ltd. will be the only dealer in Bangladesh of Daimler commercial vehicles.The German based company can manufacturer 36,000 vehicles per year from its Oragadam facility.
