New Alfa Romeo Spider; Turbocharged Engine
Alfa Romeo will be launching the new Spider series. The Italian based car company will be sharing the platform with Mazda MX-5. Since Alfa Romeo is a bigger brand name they could have just put their logo and sold the car. However, they aren't doing it, they will be changing significant parts.
The new Spider will be rear wheel driven, same as Mazda's MX-5. These cars will be manufactured and built besides each other in Hiroshima, Japan, Mazda's manufacturing plant.

Alfa Romeo will not use Mazda's engine however, they will plant a 1.4 litre turbocharged engine. This engine is the same used in Fiat 500 Abarth and will generate power for the Spider. It will produce 160 hp of power.

The new Alfa Romeo Spider will feature an engine from Fiat's 500 Abarth. The car will also share its platform with Mazda's MX-5 model.

The Spider has typical Italian styling, which is sleek and curvy. The air scoops and front grille add dimension to styling. The headlamps too are thin and will have turn indicators incorporated into it. The sleek OVRM's add to its aerodynamic look.

The new Spider from Alfa Romeo looks stylish and will appeal to most car buyers. However, we didn't like the 5-spoke alloy wheels. The car has very few lines on it however, it is smooth and curvaceous. It will be a two seater.

The two humps seen on the car are safety measures incase the car overturns. It will save the occupants from getting jammed in between. The rear looks nice and simple very minimalistic however, simple too can look is highly personified with this car.

The interior looks futuristic and matches color of the car. The red dials based on the black console looks nice. The dashboard has a brushed aluminium look. Steering wheel looks sporty and matches the cars persona. Alfa Romeo will launch this car only after Mazda launch their MX-5.
