Kimi Raikkonen’s Return To Ferrari Confirmed
Soon after Felipe Massa's announcement on Twitter about his exit from Ferrari the Italian team came out with the name of their new driver. As expected, it is Kimi Raikkonen who will take the empty slot in Ferrari next year.
Scuderia Ferrari has signed a two year contract with the Finnish driver. Kimi currently races for Lotus. Earlier, it was rumoured he would move to Red Bull F1 team, in place of Mark Webber, but Daniel Ricciardo went on to fill that spot.

Kimi and Ferrari are no strangers. Between 2007 and 2009 Kimi raced for Ferrari. The 2007 he also won the Drivers' Championship. At the end of 2009 though, he decided to quit F1 and try his luck with World Rally Championship racing and even NASCAR Truck racing, before returning to single seater racing last year, as a Lotus driver.
Since his return Kimi has been among the top contenders for the Driver's title. With his return to Ferrari the team now has a dream team of sorts, with two extremely capable and competitive drivers in top form. Ferrari in 2014 will be the team to watch out for.
