Honda Amaze Receives 2552 Bookings In March

As per Honda India's sales report for the 2012-13 financial year, the automaker received 2552 bookings for the Amaze compact sedan during the month of March. Honda is set to launch its new compact sedan on April 11.

Apart from sales of Amaze sedan, Honda India witnessed a sales drop in the month of March of 8 percent against the corresponding month from last year. However, overall sales during the last financial year increased by 35 percent compared to 2011-12 financial year.

Amaze compact sedan is Honda's first diesel car in India and the i-DTEC engine is the country's most fuel efficient unit, with an ARAI certified mileage figure of 25.8 kmpl. You can find more details about Honda Amaze here.
