LML Star Electric Scooter Debut Today – Plans To Open 100 Dealerships
LML last year announced its comeback and the two-wheeler manufacturer revealed that it will be bringing three new models to India.
Coming to the latest news, LML will officially debut the Star electric scooter today at the GICW fashion week that is being held at Bel-la Monde Hotel in Delhi. This is also the first time the two-wheeler manufacturer will be showcasing its scooter to the Indian audience.
That being said, LML will also take part in the upcoming Auto Expo 2023 where it will showcase the Star electric scooter to a wider audience. Apart from that, we also expect LML to showcase its other models along with a few concept vehicles and future technologies as well.
It is also worth mentioning that LML has invested around Rs 500 Crore for its state-of-the-art EV facility in India. Moreover, the two-wheeler brand plans to take on the major existing electric two-wheeler players in India with its high-end tech-enabled solutions. Other than that, LML has also planned to open 100 dealerships in the country.
After the launch of the LML Star electric scooter, the two-wheeler manufacturer is expected to launch the Moonshot electric motorcycle and Orion electric bike. Other than that, the Managing Director of LML Emotion described the upcoming Star electric scooter as "Inspired by the past but entirely focused on the future".
Reflecting this description, the upcoming LML Star electric scooter looks futuristic with its dual-tone theme and its LED lighting setup consisting of LED Daytime Running Lights (DRLs) and a projector headlight. Apart from that, the scooter is finished in black and white colours with splashes of red accents for a sportier appeal.
In terms of features, the upcoming LML Star electric scooter is very well equipped like most of the electric scooters in the country with features such as a digital instrument cluster, a handy reverse mode for easy parking, hill-hold assist, tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and a few more including tubeless tyres.

We expect the upcoming LML Star electric scooter to churn a lot of interest among the Indian audience, and with plans to open 100 dealerships in India, it would be difficult for LML not to reach its target audience. However, to taste success, the Star electric scooter must have solid specifications and a killer price tag.
