Volkswagen India Boosts Its Network In Jharkhand With New Jamshedpur Outlet

Volkswagen India has expanded its network in Jharkhand by opening a new touchpoint in Jamshedpur. This addition increases the total number of Volkswagen sales and service outlets in the region to four, aiming to enhance customer reach across various city tiers.

The new Volkswagen Jamshedpur facility will feature a three-car display showcasing the brand's German-engineered product range. This includes the 5-Star GNCAP safety-rated Taigun and Virtus, along with the globally popular Tiguan. These models highlight Volkswagen's commitment to superior build quality, exceptional safety standards, and enjoyable driving experiences.

Mr Ashish Gupta, Brand Director of Volkswagen Passenger Cars India, expressed his enthusiasm about the new facility. The service section at this new touchpoint is equipped with eight bays and staffed by 20 highly-skilled support personnel. These staff members have been trained specifically to meet all service and maintenance needs for Volkswagen vehicles. Additionally, this facility will offer Volkswagen Assistance for their discerning customers.

This expansion aligns with Volkswagen's strategy to improve accessibility for customers in metropolitan areas as well as tier I and tier II cities. The focus remains on delivering high-quality products and services that meet diverse customer requirements.
