Toyota Launches Tech Package For Urban Cruiser Hyryder To Boost Cabin Experience
Toyota Kirloskar Motor has announced a new Tech Package for its Urban Cruiser Hyryder SUV in India. This newly introduced package is designed to enhance the overall in-cabin experience by adding advanced comfort, convenience, and safety features, and it will be offered across all variants of the Hyryder.
The Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder is one of the most popular models in the compact SUV segment, offering both petrol and strong-hybrid powertrain options. It is priced at 10.94 lakh (ex-showroom), and the new Tech Package is available across all ranges.
Toyota Tech Package
The Tech Package is priced at ₹29,499 and includes three key features. The first feature is ambient lighting, which enhances the cabin ambience during night drives and creates a more relaxed and premium experience for both the driver and passengers.
The second addition is a head-up display (HUD), which projects essential driving information directly into the driver's line of sight. This helps reduce distractions and improves overall driving safety, especially during long journeys.
The third and final feature included in the package is a digital video recorder. This system continuously records driving footage, offering added safety and peace of mind by capturing incidents and providing video evidence when needed.
Launched in 2022, the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder has recently crossed the 2,00,000-unit sales milestone in India, marking a significant achievement for the brand. The self-charging strong-hybrid variant delivers a segment-leading fuel efficiency of 27.9 km/l, setting a new benchmark in the compact SUV category.
The Hyryder is also available with a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, paired with both manual and automatic transmission options, also featuring 2WD and 4WD configurations. Key features include a full LED lighting setup, wireless connectivity and charging, ventilated leatherette seats, a panoramic sunroof, a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and 17-inch alloy wheels.
Toyota also backs the Urban Cruiser Hyryder with a 3-year/1,00,000 km standard warranty, along with an industry-leading 8-year/1,60,000 km warranty on the hybrid battery, further strengthening its value proposition.
