5. Maruti Suzuki Victoris - 5 Star
Maruti Suzuki's compact SUV, the Victoris, has scored an impressive 31.66/32 for adult protection and 43/49 for child protection, earning a 5-star rating. It has become one of the safest cars from Maruti Suzuki, even surpassing the flagship Invicto.
The Victoris is priced from ₹10.49 lakh (ex-showroom) and is available with petrol, CNG, and strong hybrid powertrains. Even the base variant offers features like 6 airbags, Suzuki Connect, and push-button start.
4. Kia Seltos (2026) - 5 Star
The newly launched Kia Seltos has impressed with a strong 5-star rating, scoring 31.70/32 for adult protection and 45/49 for child protection. It is based on the new K3 platform, which enhances structural rigidity, safety, and interior space.
Built on a high-tensile steel structure, the Seltos ensures improved passenger safety. This platform is also expected to be shared with the next-generation Hyundai Creta. The Tata Harrier EV is among the highest-rated cars in India, sharing the top score with the Mahindra XEV 9e. It scored a perfect 32/32 for adult protection and 45/49 for child protection. Usually Tata cars are known for their premium safety and the Harrier EV is no different.
