Top 5 Affordable EVs In India With BaaS: Prices Start At Just Rs 4.69 Lakh
Electric vehicles are gaining popularity due to their zero-emission driving experience and lower running costs. With the introduction of Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) programs, EV ownership has become even more accessible by significantly reducing the upfront purchase cost through lower down payments and flexible monthly payment plans.
Top 5 Affordable EVs In India With BaaS
One of the biggest factors affecting EV adoption is the high initial purchase price. To address this, manufacturers have introduced BaaS schemes that allow customers to buy the vehicle without paying for the battery upfront.
Since the battery is the most expensive component of an electric vehicle, excluding it from the vehicle price substantially lowers the purchase cost. Customers then pay for battery usage through a monthly subscription or usage-based fee, reducing the overall financial burden at the time of purchase. Here are the top 5 most affordable electric cars in India available with a BaaS scheme.
