Higher variants of the Tata Sierra add advanced driver assistance systems, including lane assist and forward collision warning. The Tata Sierra also includes additional safety systems such as hill hold assist and electronic parking brake, depending on the variant.

The Sierra is built with a high-strength body structure designed to meet current crash safety requirements. The platform incorporates reinforced impact zones and energy-absorbing structures aimed at maintaining cabin integrity during collisions.
