Tata Punch Facelift Price Hiked In India: CNG And AMT Variants Become Costlier
The Tata Punch has received a new price hike starting this month. The micro SUV is one of the best-selling models in Tata Motors' lineup. The CNG and AMT variants of the Punch have received the highest price hike.
The Tata Punch facelift was recently launched with a new engine and updated features. It is one of the few SUVs available with petrol, CNG, and electric powertrain options. It rivals models such as the Renault Kiger, Nissan Magnite, Citroen C3, and Hyundai Exter.
Tata Punch Facelift Prices Hiked in India

Tata has increased the prices of its CNG variants equipped with the AMT gearbox by Rs 7,000. All petrol automatic and CNG manual variants have become dearer by Rs 6,000, while the turbo-petrol variants have received a price hike of Rs 5,000.
The Tata Punch facelift is available in Smart, Pure, Pure Plus, Pure Plus S, Adventure, Adventure S, Accomplished, and Accomplished Plus S variants. Following the latest price revision, the Tata Punch facelift is now priced from Rs 5.69 lakh (ex-showroom), while the top-spec variant costs Rs 9.09 lakh (ex-showroom).
Facelift Specs

The new facelift was updated with a newer design language featuring new front fascia, LED headlamps, Interiors, Dashboard, segment first 360 degree camera system, 6 airbags as standard and advanced touch screen infotainment system.
A new 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine was also added to the lineup in January 2026, making it the most powerful micro SUV in the country. The turbo-petrol version produces 118 bhp of power and 170 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. This powertrain is aimed at enthusiasts who want strong performance at an affordable price.
The regular 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine produces 87 bhp of power and is offered with a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT gearbox. The more efficiency-oriented CNG version, powered by the same 1.2-litre naturally aspirated engine, produces 72 bhp and is available with both manual and automatic gearbox options.
