Tata Harrier & Safari Stealth Editions Launched - Prices Start At Rs 23.43 Lakh

Tata Motors, the nation's second largest carmaker (by monthly sales) has launched the 2026 Stealth Editions of the Harrier and Safari SUVs. Prices for the 2026 Tata Harrier start at Rs 23.43 lakh while the Safari Stealth Edition starts at Rs 24.04 lakh (all prices are ex-showroom, Delhi).

Tata offered a Stealth Edition of both SUVs back in 2025, though that run was capped at 2,700 units. This time around, Tata Motors has made it a regular part of the lineup rather than a one-off batch. The Harrier Stealth Edition is built on the Fearless Ultra trim, and the Safari is based on the Accomplished Ultra variant level.

Both the Harrier & Safari Stealth Editions are offered with both petrol and diesel engine options along with manual and automatic gearboxes for both powerplants. The Harrier Stealth ranges between Rs 23.43 lakh and Rs 26.01 lakh, while the Safari Stealth lineup is priced from Rs 24.04 lakh to Rs 26.66 lakh.

Both the Harrier and Safari Stealth Edition are offered in an exclusive Matte Stealth Black exterior shade. Both Stealth Edition SUVs ride on 19-inch alloy wheels finished in matte black instead of the usual gloss, with designs for the wheels carried over from the Dark and Red-Dark editions on each model. Stealth badges above the front fenders round out the changes to the exteriors of the SUV and are the only exterior giveaway beyond the paint and wheels.

Inside, the Harrier and Safari Stealth Edition share an identical all-black cabin, trimmed in Carbon Noir leatherette with Granite Black stitching and a bejewelled Terrain Response dial. Since both are based on the range-topping trim levels, the Fearless Ultra and Accomplished Ultra, they carry over the same equipment list in full.

This means that both SUVS get powered, ventilated front seats with an adjustable centre armrest, a 14.9-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a 13-speaker JBL sound system with Dolby Atmos. Dual-zone automatic climate control, a voice-assisted panoramic sunroof, Alexa connectivity, Tata' Arcade app suite and a 360-degree camera are also standard on both the Harrier & Safari Stealth editions along with Tata's Level 2 ADAS Suite.

2026 Tata Harrier & Safari Stealth Edition - Engine and Gearbox

The Harrier and Safari Stealth Edition run the same pair of engines: a 1.5-litre Hyperion turbo-petrol making 170hp and 280Nm, and a 2.0-litre Kryotec turbo-diesel producing 170hp and 350Nm.

Both engine offerings are paired with either a 6-speed manual gearbox or a 6-speed automatic transmission. Both Stealth Edition SUVs feature three Terrain Modes - Normal, Rough and Wet.
