Tata Curvv.ev Series X Launched at ₹16.99 Lakh – 502 Km Range EV SUV Coupe

Tata Motors' EV arm, Tata.ev, has introduced the new Tata Curvv.ev Series X lineup in India. This latest update brings long-range, feature-rich, and premium variants aimed at buyers looking for a practical yet stylish electric SUV.

Tata Curvv.ev Series X Launched

The Curvv.ev Series X is available in two key variants-Accomplished X 55 and Empowered X 55, along with the top-spec Empowered X 55 #DARK edition. Prices start at ₹16.99 lakh (ex-showroom), going up to ₹19.49 lakh.

The model is offered in five colour options, including the newly introduced Nitro Crimson, alongside the signature #DARK edition. With its bold SUV-coupe design, the Curvv.ev combines sporty styling with everyday usability.

Range, Battery and Performance

Built on Tata's acti.ev architecture, the Curvv.ev Series X is powered by a 55 kWh battery pack, offering an ARAI-certified range of 502 km, while real-world range is estimated at around 400 km (C75).

The electric motor delivers 167 hp and 215 Nm of torque, ensuring smooth city driving and confident highway performance. A lifetime high-voltage battery warranty further strengthens its value proposition.

Accomplished X 55

The Accomplished variant focuses on comfort and essential technology. It comes with an openable panoramic sunroof, dual 26.03 cm digital displays (instrument cluster and infotainment), wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, navigation, and a 360-degree camera with blind-spot monitoring. It also features R-Comfort seats with passive ventilation, premium leatherette upholstery, and rear sunshades, making it a well-rounded option for daily use.

Empowered X 55

The Empowered X 55 takes things further with a more premium and feature-packed setup. It adds active ventilated front seats, a 6-way powered driver seat, and reclining rear seats.

Technology highlights include a larger 31.24 cm HARMAN infotainment system, Arcade.ev app suite, and a JBL 9-speaker sound system with subwoofer. Safety is enhanced with Level 2 ADAS featuring 20 functions.

Additional features include R18 alloy wheels, V2V/V2L functionality with frunk, gesture-controlled powered tailgate, and dynamic lighting animations, giving it a flagship-level appeal.
