Skoda Unveils Stunning Peaq EV SUV Sketches Ahead Of June 23 Global Debut
Skoda has offered a striking first look at its upcoming flagship electric SUV, the all-new Skoda Peaq, ahead of its highly anticipated global debut. Design sketches reveal a vehicle defined by bold proportions, sculpted surfaces, and a highly distinctive aesthetic that promises to stand out in an increasingly competitive EV market.

At the front, the Peaq introduces an unmistakable frame-like "loop motif" created by slim T-shaped headlights, a gloss-black "Tech-Deck Face," and a seamless connecting element. This futuristic loop is sharply contrasted by a rugged, volcano-inspired bumper featuring a pronounced lower contour and a crisp horizontal line.

The vehicle's commanding presence is further enhanced by a high shoulder line, wide D-pillars, and flush door handles neatly integrated into the bodywork for a clean and aerodynamic appearance.
Mirroring the front-end design, the rear adopts matching T-shaped taillights and a connecting element that completes the loop motif, creating a cohesive design language unique to the Peaq.
Skoda Auto Head of Exterior Design Karl Neuhold said, "In designing the exterior of the Skoda Peaq, we consistently applied the Modern Solid design language, combining clean lines, balanced proportions, and distinctive elements."
He added, "Precisely sculpted surfaces and clearly structured details create a confident, timeless presence, while signature features such as the T-shaped headlights and Tech-Deck Face express Skoda's identity in a new electric era."

The Peaq showcases the latest evolution of Skoda's Modern Solid design philosophy, which focuses on combining visual simplicity with functionality. The design language aims to deliver a robust and timeless character while improving aerodynamic efficiency, a crucial factor for maximizing electric driving range.
The world premiere of the all-new Skoda Peaq is officially scheduled to take place in Monnetier-Mornex, France, at 18:25 on June 23. At the event, Skoda is expected to reveal additional details about the upcoming Peaq, including its specifications, features, battery technology, driving range, and other key aspects of the seven-seater electric SUV.
