Skoda Kylaq Sportline Launched At Rs 11.32 Lakh

Czech carmaker Skoda has launched the Kylaq Sportline in India at Rs. 11.32 lakh, giving its compact SUV lineup a sportier trim option. The Skoda Kylaq Sportline variant slots between the Signature Plus and Prestige trims, with a price gap of up to Rs. 60,000 in either direction.

Skoda first confirmed the Kylaq Sportline in January, and the new variant has now reached showrooms. The Skoda Kylaq Sportline brings visual and cabin changes over the standard Kylaq without altering the mechanical bits of the SUV.

Skoda is offering the Kylaq Sportline with both a six-speed manual and a six-speed automatic gearbox options that are paired with the 1.0-litre TSI petrol engine already offered across the Kylaq range, producing 114bhp and 178Nm of torque.. The Skoda Kylaq Sportline manual is priced at Rs. 11.32 lakh, while the automatic costs Rs. 12.32 lakh, a difference of Rs 1 lakh (ex-showroom).

Skoda Kylaq Sportline: Design & Features

On the outside, the Kylaq Sportline gains black ORVMs, glossy black front and rear diffusers and LED projector headlamps. A dual-tone floating roof design and 17-inch black alloy wheels stand out, along with black branding on the tailgate. Sportline badges, a rear spoiler and a C-pillar sticker round off the visual changes.

Inside, the Skoda Kyla Sportline's cabin gets a dark, performance-themed treatment across the roof, dashboard and door trims. Leatherette seats carry Sportline branding on the headrests along with contrast stitching, while aluminium pedals and ambient lighting add to the sporty feel. Equipment carried over from the rest of the range, includes wireless charging, an electric sunroof, Climatronic automatic air conditioning, a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system and an 8.0-inch Virtual Cockpit digital instrument cluster.

Skoda is also offering a dedicated Sportline accessories pack for buyers who want to personalise their SUV further. It includes a front bumper corner garnish, a front grille garnish finished in dark chrome, a fender garnish with the Skoda logo and body side moulding in glossy black.
