Limited Run Rolls-Royce Cullinan Is A Tribute To Yachting - Only 4 Exist

Rolls-Royce has introduced the Cullinan Yachting, a four-car bespoke collection built around a nautical theme and based on the Cullinan Series II. Each example of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan Yachting represents one of the four cardinal directions - North, South, East and West - and feature bespoke finishes and detailing inspired by different maritime environments.

The four versions of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan Yachting are individually themed. North is finished in Light Blue, South in Arabian Blue, East in Dark Silk Teal, and West in Sapphire Gunmetal. Each colour scheme reflects specific sea conditions, from calmer northern waters to deeper, darker tones associated with open ocean environments.

The exterior detailing of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan Yachting carries the theme further. All four cars ride on 22-inch fully polished alloy wheels designed to mirror yacht hardware. A red and white twin coachline runs along the length of the body of the Cullinan Yachting Edition, paired with a hand-painted compass motif on the front fenders, reinforcing the navigation theme.

Rolls-Royce has also incorporated bespoke "nautical fascias", into the four Cullinan Yachting editions, adding subtle but consistent references to marine design across the exterior surfaces of these bespoke SUVs.

Inside, the cabin of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan Yachting Edition is built around materials and patterns commonly associated with luxury yachts. Open-pore teak trim is used extensively, echoing the decking found on high-end boats, while the dashboard and rear picnic tables feature detailed artwork depicting the wake left behind a moving vessel.

Seat upholstery for the Cullinan Yachting combines Arctic White leather with Navy Blue accents, while the seat inserts feature rope-inspired patterns that tie back to the nautical theme without altering the overall layout of the cabin.

The Cullinan Yachting does not introduce mechanical changes to the Rolls-Royce luxury SUV. The four bespoke creations retain the twin-turbo V12 engine and all-wheel-drive system of the "regular" Cullinan.

Speaking of the Cullinan Yachting, Martina Starke, Head of Bespoke Design, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, said, "Yachting is a world inhabited by many of our clients, and one we've come to know intimately. These highly Bespoke Cullinan motor cars celebrate the deep connection between that culture and Rolls-Royce: a relationship that began with our founder, Charles Rolls, and continues to this day.

From shared design values with racing vessels to collaborations with marine designers for clients who wish to pair their motor car with their yacht, maritime craft has long informed our approach. In these four Bespoke commissions, that long-standing association is expressed through meticulous marine-inspired details and authentic materials, true to the spirit of adventure that defines Cullinan and the world of yachting alike."
