Renault Triber MPV Gets New Features, Foldable Seats & Price Hike
Renault India has updated the Triber MPV with new features and enhancements. The model now gets a fully foldable second-row seat along with improved convenience features. Prices now start at ₹5.80 lakh (ex-showroom).
Renault Triber MPV Updated
The Renault Triber is one of the most affordable compact MPVs in India. It received a facelift last year, and its sibling, the Nissan Gravite, was recently introduced with updated features. Prices have also been revised, with an increase of around ₹5,000 to ₹9,000 across variants following these updates.

The Triber continues to be powered by a 1.0L, 3-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine that produces 71 bhp and 96 Nm of torque, paired with either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT gearbox. The latest update brings a set of practical enhancements across variants.
Authentic Trim (base)
The base variant, priced at ₹5.81 lakh (ex-showroom), now features a fully foldable second-row bench seat with a one-touch tumble function. This addition improves practicality, especially during long trips, as the boot space can now be expanded up to 1,065 litres, allowing for better luggage accommodation.

Evolution Trim (mid)
The Evolution trim, priced at ₹6.70 lakh (ex-showroom), now comes equipped with steering-mounted controls, an adjustable rearview mirror, and a rear cabin light. These features were previously limited to higher variants, making them more accessible to buyers.
Techno Trim (Top)
The Techno variant, priced at ₹7.39 lakh (ex-showroom), adds features such as an adjustable driver seat, rear defogger, front armrest, 12V power outlets for all three rows, and an upgraded 6-speaker audio system with two tweeters.

Emotion Trim (Premium)
At the top of the lineup, the Emotion variant, priced at ₹8.00 lakh (ex-showroom), now gets dial-based automatic climate control. The AMT variant is priced at ₹8.48 lakh (ex-showroom), up from ₹8.39 lakh earlier.
Overall, these updates enhance the Triber's practicality and value proposition, making it an even more compelling choice in the budget MPV segment. The triber rivals Budget MPV models such as the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, Nissan Gravite and the Kia Carens.
