The Renault Duster carries a rugged off-road-inspired design with muscular body panels, chunky skid plates, and high wheel arches. In comparison, the Nissan Tekton is more urban-focused, with styling cues inspired by the Nissan Patrol, giving it a more premium and luxurious road presence.

Its bold LED lighting setup and full-width light bars create a distinct identity, and many enthusiasts have already started calling it a "mini Patrol" based on the early design renders.

Since the Nissan Tekton is expected to position itself as a more premium urban-focused SUV, prices could start slightly higher at around Rs 11 lakh (ex-showroom). Once launched, it will rival the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Volkswagen Taigun, Tata Sierra, Škoda Kushaq, and the Renault Duster.
