A major highlight for the company is that June 2026 marks its fourth consecutive month of year-on-year domestic sales growth, showing rising customer confidence and a steady recovery in market presence.

Nissan Magnite And Gravite Drives Demand

Commenting on the performance, Saurabh Vatsa, Managing Director of Nissan Motor India, said the company's continued domestic growth reflects increasing customer trust in its product portfolio and the progress of its market strategy.

Nissan credited the strong demand for the Nissan Magnite and the all-new Nissan Gravite for supporting its latest growth. The Magnite continues to remain a key pillar for the brand in India, while the recently introduced Gravite has significantly gained market interest.

Looking ahead, Nissan is preparing for the world premiere of the all-new Nissan Tekton on July 9, 2026. The upcoming launch is expected to play a crucial role in expanding the company's product portfolio and strengthening its long-term growth strategy in India.

The Tekton is a compact SUV based on the Renault Duster and is more likely to carry the same powertrains. It is designed very similar to the popular patrol SUV car and will be positioned as a urban focused SUV car rivaling the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki Victoris, Volkswagen Taigun and the Tata Sierra SUV.

With its product pipeline expanding and sales momentum improving, Nissan appears focused on sustaining this growth while enhancing its network reach and customer experience across key markets. India remains as a primary hub for both manufacturing and exporting cars to foreign countries.
