Planning To Buy The Nissan Gravite MPV? New Price Hike Announced

Nissan has increased the prices of its latest MPV, the Gravite, in the Indian market. This sub-4-metre MPV is based on the Renault Triber and shares its platform, powertrain, and several key components with its French sibling.

Nissan Gravite MPV Price Hiked

The Nissan Gravite has received a price hike ranging from Rs 8,000 to Rs 18,000 across its variant lineup. The entry-level Vista manual variant has received the lowest increase of Rs 8,000, while select higher variants have become costlier by up to Rs 18,000.

With the introductory pricing now discontinued, the Gravite is priced between Rs 5.73 lakh and Rs 9.08 lakh (ex-showroom). The MPV was launched earlier this year and has gradually gained popularity among budget-conscious buyers looking for a practical three-row family vehicle.

Powertrain

Powering the Gravite is a 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol engine that produces 71bhp and 96Nm of torque. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual gearbox and a 5-speed AMT. Nissan also offers a CNG version, which is targeted at customers seeking lower running costs and higher fuel efficiency, with a claimed efficiency of up to 24km/kg.
