MG Cyberster, M9 Couture Editions Prices Revealed - Start From Rs 84.94 Lakh

JSW MG Motor India has revealed prices for the two Couture Edition cars revealed last month. The MG Cyberster Couture Edition is priced at Rs 87.49 lakh and the M9 Couture Edition at Rs 84.94 lakh, ex-showroom. Both special editions cost Rs 4.99 lakh more than the standard Cyberster and M9, and only 50 units of each will be sold.

Bookings for the MG Cyberster and M9 Couture Editions opened on July 20, and the cars are available exclusively through the MG Select premium retail network. Each Couture Edition car gets a bespoke exterior finish designed in collaboration with fashion designer Gaurav Gupta.

White remains the base exterior colour on both the MG Cyberster and M9 Couture Editions, with contrasting streaks inspired by Gupta's Serpent Infinity motif flowing across the bodywork. The MG Cyberster Couture Edition carries a pair of Serpent Infinity badges on its bonnet, matching embroidery on the tonneau cover, orange accent streaks, and gold-finished front and rear MG emblems.

The MG M9 Couture Edition instead sports charcoal-coloured streaks, a Serpent Infinity badge on its front bumper, and two brooches around the front MG emblem shaped like a mythical winged panther. Inside, a 'Couture Edition' wordmark sits on the dashboard, and the rest of the M9's design carries over unchanged from the standard car.

MG Cyberster, M9 Couture Editions: Powertrain and Range

Neither Couture Edition brings changes under the skin. The MG Cyberster Couture Edition sports the familiar 77kWh dual-motor AWD powertrain, producing 510hp and 725Nm. MG claims a 0-100km/h time of 3.2 seconds for the Cyberster and the all-electric sportscar offers an MIDC range of 580km for the sports car.

The MG M9 Couture Edition also retains the "regular" luxury MPVs 90kWh single-motor FWD setup. The M9's electric motor pushes out 245hp and 350Nm of peak torque and the luxury MPV offers a MIDC range of at 548km.
