Maruti Victoris Aurum Edition Launched

The Maruti Suzuki Victoris Aurum Edition has been launched as an accessory kit priced at Rs 22,990, marking one year of the midsize SUV in India. Maruti Suzuki offers it only on the strong-hybrid variants.

The Aurum Edition is not a separate variant, and the SUV stays the same mechanically. Maruti also claims the Victoris reached both the 1 lakh and 1.5 lakh sales milestones faster than any other passenger vehicle in India.

Maruti Victoris Aurum Edition Kit: Price and Features

The strong-hybrid Maruti Victoris is priced from Rs 16.43 lakh to Rs 19.99 lakh (ex-showroom), and the kit costs extra on top. Copper-coloured inserts go on the front, side and rear skid plate designs and the wheel arches. Chrome pieces are added to the grille, fenders, bumpers, body side mouldings and door visors. Inside, the kit brings all-weather 3D cabin mats, a 3D boot mat and a sill guard for the boot opening.

Power for the strong hybrid Maruti Victoris comes from a 1.5-litre, three-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine paired with an electric motor and a small battery pack. Net output is 116hp, sent to the front wheels via an e-CVT automatic, and Maruti claims an ARAI mileage of 28.65kpl for the hybrid.
