Maruti Suzuki Sales March 2026: 2.25 Lakh Units Sold - FY2025/26 Sales Cross 24 Lakh Units
India's largest carmaker, Maruti Suzuki, reported total sales of 2,25,251 units in March 2026, registering a 16.7% (+32,267 units) year-on-year growth compared to the 1,92,984 units sold in March 2025.
Maruti's domestic sales for March 2026 stood at 1,78,211 units, up 11.4% (+18,195 units) from the 1,60,016 units sold in March 2025. Exports accounted for 47,040 units, marking a 42.7% (+14,072 units) increase over the 32,968 units sold in the same period last year.
Maruti Suzuki March 2025 Sales Performance
Maruti Suzuki's Mini cars - Alto, S-Presso - accounted for 11,741 units in March 2026, a marginal 0.7% (+86 units) increase from the 11,655 units sold in March 2025. The firm's compact models - Baleno, Swift, WagonR, Dzire, Ignis, Celerio - posted 71,789 units last month, growing by 7.3% (+4,883 units).over the 66,906 units sold in March 2025.
Maruti Suzuki's utility vehicles - Brezza, Ertiga, Fronx, Grand Vitara, XL6, Jimny, Invicto, e Vitara and Victoris - accounted for 71,356 units sold last month. Maruti's utility vehicle sales grew by 16.8% (+10,259 units) compared to the 61,097 units sold in the same period in 2025.
Sales of the Maruti Suzuki Eeco van stood at 11,333 units for March 2026. Sales of the Eeco were up 8.9% YoY (+924 units) from the 10,409 units sold in March 2025. Maruti's only light commercial vehicles, the Super Carry, recorded 3,209 units last month. Sales of the Super Carry rose 34.2% (+818 units).YoY compared to march 2025's 2,391 units sold.
Maruti's sales to other OEMs (Toyota) stood at 8,783 units in March 2026, up 27.6% (+1,901 units) YoY from the 6,882 units sold in March 2025.
Maruti Suzuki FY2025/26 Sales Performance
For FY2025/26, Maruti Suzuki's total sales stood at 24,22,713 units, up 8.4% (+1,88,447 units) compared to the 22,34,266 units sold in FY2024/25. Maruti's domestic sales reached 19,74,939 units in FY 2025/26, increasing by 3.9% (+73,258 units).YoY over the 19,01,681 units sold in FY 2024/25. Exports for FY 2025/26 were recorded at 4,47,774 units, rising by 34.6% (+1,15,189 units) YoY from the 3,32,585 units sold in FY 2024/25.
