2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza Facelift - What's Changing & What Will Stay The Same?

The biggest change to the 2026 Brezza comes under the bonnet with the facelifted SUV gaining a 1.0-litre Boosterjet turbocharged petrol engine borrowed from the Fronx that comes paired with a new six-speed manual gearbox. The new powerplant will keep the updated Brezza within the sub-four-metre tax bracket, which should help Maruti Suzuki with getting aggressive with the pricing for the turbo-petrol variants .

The existing 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine of the current Brezza will be carried over unchanged. This engine produces 102bhp and 139Nm and is offered with either a manual gearbox or a torque converter automatic transmission.

The CNG option is expected to carry over as well, likely switching to an underbody cylinder placement similar to the Victoris. This should keep boot space capacity unchanged from the outgoing model.

The leaked video of the 2026 Brezza show a gold-finish trim on the grille connecting the headlamps, replacing the current grey unit. Lower variants are expected to get a glossy grey treatment instead.

The front bumper of the updated Brezza has been reworked with triangular fog lamp housings and a faux silver skid plate on the lower section. New dual-tone alloy wheels and silver door cladding complete the exterior changes.

Inside, the outgoing nine-inch touchscreen makes way for a larger 10.1-inch unit with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support. Ventilated front seats, ambient lighting strips along the door pads, an air purifier and new upholstery have also been confirmed.

The climate control panel switches to the buttoned unit seen on the Victoris, while the rear seats gain winged headrests. Carryover equipment includes the single-pane sunroof, wireless charger, auto-dimming IRVM, automatic climate control, 360-degree camera and heads-up display.

2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza Facelift - Expected Pricing

Maruti Suzuki is expected to raise prices only modestly over the outgoing Brezza. The updated 2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza range is likely to start around Rs. 8.50 lakh and go up to approximately Rs. 14 lakh (all prices mentioned are ex-showroom).
