The Udo auto offers three drive modes - Range, Ride and Race. Segment-first features on the Mahindra Udo include reverse throttle, regenerative braking, hill hold assist and a creep function for traffic conditions. Mahindra is offering a six-year or 1.5 lakh km warranty (whichever is earlier) along with free services up to 1 lakh km. All customers of the Udo are also enrolled in the UDAY NXT scheme, which includes ₹20 lakh accidental insurance and financial counselling benefits.

The suspension setup of the Mahindra Udo comes in the form of dual front fork suspension and independent rear suspension. The Udo features drum brakes and rides on 12-inch wheels fitted with tubeless tyres.

The plant has an annual capacity of 160,000 units and is currently operating at 90,000 units of capacity utilisation.
