Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Crosses 4 Lakh Cumulative EV Sales

Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited (MLMML) has crossed 4 lakh cumulative electric vehicle sales, becoming the first commercial vehicle manufacturer in India to reach the milestone. The company confirmed the achievement on Wednesday across its passenger and cargo electric vehicle range.

Mahindra Last Mile Mobility's electric vehicles have together covered more than 9 billion kilometres in last-mile applications, helping avoid approximately 1.85 lakh tonnes of CO₂ emissions. The company said this is equivalent to the environmental impact of planting more than 8.3 million trees.

Mahindra Last Mile Mobility's electric portfolio includes the Treo range, UDO, Zor Grand, e-Alfa and ZEO, covering both passenger and cargo use cases. MLMML, a subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra, has held the position of India's No. 1 electric commercial vehicle manufacturer for four consecutive financial years.

Mahindra Last Mile Mobility attributed adoption to the operating economics of its electric vehicles and their ability to support customers' daily earnings and business operations. The EV firm has invested in multiple products, partnerships, financing and customer support to expand electric mobility in the last-mile segment.

Mahindra Last Mile Mobility is targeting one million electric vehicles on Indian roads by 2031, more than double its current cumulative sales. The company said this expansion will be driven by continued product development and a wider service ecosystem.
