Mahindra Electric SUVs Now Get Doorstep Support - After-Sales Network Expanded in Delhi-NCR
Indian SUV specialist Mahindra has expanded its after-sales and service operations in the Delhi-NCR region. The update introduces mobile doorstep assistance for Mahindra Electric SUVs, along with new physical service infrastructure and technician training facilities.
The company has aslo established a 26,000 sq ft Mahindra Institute of Learning Excellence in Delhi-NCR. The facility functions as a centralised training hub for sales, service and bodyshop operations supporting Mahindra's SUV and electric SUV portfolio.

Mahindra NCR Service Network Expansion
Mahindra has added five new service touchpoints across Delhi-NCR. These new facilities increase workshop capacity with 70 additional service bays, expanding throughput for routine maintenance, repairs and inspection work across passenger vehicles and electric models.
The network expansion also includes a dedicated commercial vehicle service point in northwest Delhi. This centre supports both passenger and commercial vehicle customers within the region.
Mahindra EV Doorstep Support

Mahindra has deployed dedicated Electric Vehicle Assistance Network (eVan) mobile units for electric SUV owners. These service vans provide support at the customer's location instead of requiring a workshop visit.
Each eVan is equipped with a battery pack and charger, hydraulic scissor lift, wheel balancer and car-care tools. The equipment enables routine service procedures and minor repair work to be completed on-site.
Mahindra states the vans will handle periodic maintenance, minor mechanical work and vehicle cleaning at the customer's doorstep. The service is operational in Delhi-NCR as part of the current rollout.
The updated service strategy supports Mahindra's expanding electric SUV line-up, which includes models such as the Mahindra BE 6, Mahindra XEV 9e and Mahindra XEV 9S. These vehicles form part of the company's dedicated electric portfolio in India.
MilE - New Training Facility
Mahindra is also expanding its training setup to help its service employees deal with its new lineup of SUVs, both electric and conventional. The Mahindra Institute of Learning Excellence (MilE) provides structured training for dealership staff and technicians with programmes covering mechanical service processes, diagnostics, sales familiarisation and bodyshop practices for both internal combustion and electric SUVs. The 26,000 sq. ft facility also includes an experiential demonstration area for hands-on technical training and product familiarisation.
Mahindra's new training centre, service touchpoints and mobile eVan units are now operational in Delhi-NCR with immediate effect.
