Styling on the Kia Syros EV has been carried over mostly as is from the combustion-powered Syros, with identical body cladding, bumper inserts and 17-inch alloy wheels. The main visual difference is a charging port on the front fender in place of the ICE model's fuel filler and the blanked out grille area.
Kia is offering the Syros EV in nine exterior colour options, including Glacier White Pearl, Frost Blue, Gravity Grey, Pewter Olive and Magma Red. The range-topping X-Line variant gets two exclusive shades, a matte graphite finish and Aurora Black Pearl.

Step inside the Syros EV's cabin space and the dash is once again dominated by a 30-inch Trinity Panoramic Display, made up of a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12.3-inch touchscreen and a 5.0-inch climate control panel.
The infotainment screen supports Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard and is paired with a Harman Kardon eight-speaker system that handles audio. The Kia Connect 2.0 suite brings over 95 connected car functions, along with over-the-air software update support. A Digital Key feature allows the Syros EV to be accessed through an authorised smartphone instead of a physical key.

The Kia Syros EV carries over its ICE sibling's four-way-powered driver's seat along with the sliding, reclining rear seats, split 60:40, with both front and rear rows getting ventilation. Other cabin equipment includes a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, 64-colour ambient lighting, a wireless charging pad, rear sunshades and a dual-camera dashcam. A 16-litre frunk sits under the bonnet, and Vehicle-to-Load feature allows the Syros EV to power external devices.
The Syros EV also features a Virtual Engine Sound System that emits an external sound at low speeds to alert pedestrians, while Shift-by-Wire replaces the traditional gear lever with a column-mounted electronic selector.
Standard safety equipment on the Syros EV includes Level 2 ADAS with 16 driver assistance functions, six airbags and a 360-degree camera system along with Electronic Stability Control, Vehicle Stability Management and Hill-start Assist Control.
