Kia Sorento India Launch Date Revealed - Hybrid & Diesel Power On Offer

Kia will launch the Sorento in India on September 4, positioning the three-row SUV above the Seltos as its flagship combustion engine model. The Kia Sorento will also be the Korean marque's first hybrid offering for the Indian market, with official bookings already open ahead of the debut.

Kia is expected to locally assemble the Sorento in India, and pricing is expected to start at around Rs 40 lakh (ex-showroom), placing the Sorento against premium three-row rivals like the Volkswagen Tayron, Skoda Kodiaq, Toyota Fortuner, Jeep Meridian, MG Majestor and the Honda ZR-V.
