Kia Seltos GTX(O), X-Line(O) Variants Launched At Rs 21.57 Lakh - Here's What's Changed

South Korean carmaker Kia has expanded the Seltos variant line-up in India with two new top-spec trims, the GTX(O) and the X-Line(O), priced from Rs 21.57 lakh (ex-showroom). The new Kia Seltos trims sit above the existing GTX(A) and X-Line(A) grades and bring a wider ADAS suite along with additional convenience features.

The new GTX(O) and X-Line(O) variants can only be had with the automatic versions of the Seltos powertrain range. This includes the 160hp 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic, and the 116hp 1.5-litre diesel engine mated to a 6-speed torque converter automatic. No manual gearbox option is offered on either new trim of the Kia Seltos.

Kia Seltos GTX(O) Gets Level 2+ ADAS And Added Features

The Kia Seltos GTX(O) trim headlines the update with an expanded Level 2+ ADAS suite, taking the total feature count to 28 from 21 on the GTX(A). New additions include Junction Crossing, Lane Change Oncoming, Lane Change Side, and Evasive Steering Assist functions within the frontal collision avoidance system, along with navigation-based adaptive cruise control for corners and speed-limited zones, and highway driving assist.

Beyond the safety additions, the GTX(O) gains navigation functionality on the 12.3-inch digital driver's display, one-touch auto up/down for all four windows, a heads-up display, built-in front and rear dashcams, rain-sensing wipers, and voice recognition and navigation features within the Kia Connect app. An air purifier with AQI display has also been reported as part of the package.

Kia Seltos X-Line(O) Variant Adds Styling Package

The Kia Seltos X-Line(O) carries identical mechanical and feature specifications to the GTX(O) variant but adds a cosmetic update exclusive to the trim. This includes an exclusive Matte Graphite exterior colour, a black-and-green interior theme, blacked-out exterior trim, and black 18-inch alloy wheels.
